Silly Moment + Summer Blog Winner...

Hello everyone...

For this week assignment at Made With Love, I’m using brand new Webster pages called “Palm Spring.” The reason I bought this collection is because I saw the turtles images (I knew exactly, I  have to scrap silly moment about my daughter, Caitlen).

To make this layout, I’d always pick some color combo that compliment my photos.

First, I layer some pattern papers and using edger punch to make some scallop. I added some medium of ink, mist, mask and distress ink to build up the base. Then, trim some banner and cut swirls from my die cut machine. Hand cut turtles and umbrella from Webster pattern. To add some dimension, I used foam adhesive.  For the journal, I print color text and cut shape with die cut machine.  Next finish up the layout with assortment of embellishments (buttons, dew drops, 3D stickers, washi tape, trim lace and brads) to complete this project.
