Punk-a-licous

Hi everyone...

I had so much fun creating project for Punky Sprouts here. I had a chance to play around with their brand new album called Punk-a-licous. Besides this, there's many more you can find out HERE.

Let me tell you a little bit about this mix media album. This fit perfectly for 6x12 papers. Inside there are 4 small size cardboard, canvas paper and acrylic pages. For the front and back cover, I peel off some layer of corrugated board and apply some gesso and acrylic paints for the base. I splash some lindy's stamp gang for subtle look and layer with overlay before I added more papers, flowers and some other embellishments. For the canvas, I experimented with water colors, dabbers, acrylic paints and some stamping for the base. On acrylic page, I added stamp using staz on ink and embellish with strip stickers and washi tape. The arrow stamp that overlap pictures was from Cocoa Daisy. Similar technique that I used throughout this album. The adhesive that I'm using for this project was Therm.o.web adhesive. I found out this adhesive is become my new best friend, especially when you need to add some small embellishments like buttons, sequins, few drops..
