April Monthly Challenge

Love You Grandma...

I know a little bit late for valentine's project, but I'm here to share...


This layout was assignment for Made With Love, theme for the week was Grandparents. For pattern papers, I used My Little Shoebox, Audrey collections and K&Company (older collections). And the most have product was washi tape produced by Made With Love.

First Assignment

Hi everyone... sorry been MIA. I've got several  projects in progress, some of them for special order for my neighbor and will share them as I get them done :)




Just a thought of sharing my first assignment for Made With Love with you. The stipulation is to focus on this maya road chipboard and sizzix embossing. 

...and using Sizzix Embossing Folders, Fancy & Floral Frame

.... And another version of Christmas card with modern touch, used Echo Park banner and Little Yellow Bicycle paper and sticker along with K&Company die cut.



Last but not least an any occasion card that I made using leftover stash from above layout.

This 'N That

Life in Singapore is seem faster that that in the States, before I realized is the 2nd week of November. I don't have anything to share on layouts besides these...

Another set of "Nice around You"


Lovely sentiment stamps from Pebbles, I can use it over and over...  cut outs are from Jilibean soup and stitch around with machine. A challenge from Moxie Fab: Celebrating Relationship, here's appreciation card I made for a very special friend :)



The next project that still work in progress is december daily. Far away behind the schedule, I'm still work on 2010 project sigh...here's the peek of it..

Mini  album from Little Yellow Bicycle and tons of goodies from different brands. This project was created with casual and fun way to use up all my stashes.

And... one last thing,  I'm beyond excited to tell you that I will be joining The Made With Love team along with my new buddy, Emeline. Love to hang out with this gal, so much to talk about...

Such a lovely day today, just I needed. My 2 little ones off to school and I have spare time to let my creativity out of my system.


My card today was inspired by this pinwheel ad. I adore 
so much of this design and want to incorporated into layout or card.

I had to do this

Really... as soon as I peek into Alexandra's Blog few days ago, I tell myself that I have to create something. This sketch is super simple. Instead of making CD pocket, I made 5.5"x5.5" with bits of my leftover scraps.
Viola.. this what I came out with:

I'm super excited about this layout because this went into Reader Gallery column. Super simple layout and finished within 1 hour. Thanks CK!

Hi everyone.  Thanks for all your sweet comment on previous post. Have you all watched The Royal wedding? I'm saving it for tonight.


Sorry been missing in a while, I came back from my chiropractor to adjust my wrist. I'm fine now just won't be able to cut papers for a while :(

I'm in the middle finishing up my GDT for Punky Sprouts. I can't wait to share with you soon. LOVED LOVED LOVED their stuff.

TGIF

The Color Room 51

I should do more often visiting this color room.  All talented artists and designers meet up at this place.  How cool is that? Here's my take on Room 51. My 3rd attempt, and for sure I'll be back :)



... A birthday card theme using Nikki Sivils products, cute burlap buttons and hand cut yummy cupcakes (I added some glitter), using Creative Memories circle punch (did I tell you that this is the best circle cutter I ever had), and Martha Stewart "Birthday" punch and final touch with Prima flowers.

Spring has Sprung

GDT for Scrap rendez-vous

First I came out with this sketch:

Here's my take. This layout uses some new and old collections from Prima. I wanted to have soft and romantic touch, these brand new laces are perfect additon. "Be Mine" is cut from specialty paper by Little Yellow Bicycle.




Another love bird layout is made for Creative Memories. This brand new collections called Loveable. On top of that, I added some vintage papers from K&Company.



Speaking of Love, I just finished reading this book Full of Love by Nancy O'Dell. I Loved it. She's really amazing. One of an inspirational book, it's a perfect gift for someone who just start scrapbooking ;)
